The Moorea Biocode Project involves several museums in the BNHM Consortium and is engaged in biocoding all living things on the island of Moorea. The project has also been using local schoolkids to help collect specimens! Visit the Moorea Biocode Homepage and read about it in the Campus news.

BNHM Graduate Student Becca Carter was recently interviewed by CNN for her work as a volunteer teacher at San Quentin Prison. In the interview, Ms. Carter talks about the positive influence education can have in reforming the lives of prisoners.
